What we collect

We don’t ask for your name, email, or account. The numbers you type into the calculator (interest, income, loan details) stay in your browser and are never sent to us.

If you switch between light and dark mode, that choice is saved only in your own browser.

Your VIN

When you check a VIN, your browser sends it directly to the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration’s public VIN decoder (vpic.nhtsa.dot.gov) to look up the vehicle. We don’t receive or store it. NHTSA’s own privacy policy applies to that request.

Advertising and cookies

This site may show ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can turn off personalized ads in Google Ad Settings, and learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Analytics

We may use privacy-friendly, aggregate traffic statistics (such as page views and referring sites) to improve the site. These don’t identify you.
